Jackman Construction is an experienced construction management firm, registered as a Tarion builder and member of IHSA COR.

Our team of carpenters, machine operators, general & skilled labourers, site superintendents and project managers enable us to offer a wide range of services from project budgeting to full management through project completion.

DESIGN & BUILD SERVICES

• Assemble and facilitate a design team

• Provide sound value engineering through construction experience

• Identify and maintain design and construction milestones

• Create and manage project budget throughout

• Manage construction process from ground breaking to close out

• Facilitate post construction warranty process

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

• Engage in design meeting with the OAC team

• Prepare, execute and report project tender process

• Create and evolve contract budgets through various classes

• Provide monitoring of the schedule as construction progresses

• Develop and implement a system for the preparation, review and processing of changes in the work

• Review and approval of all trade & supplier invoicing

• Prepare a progress draw every month

• Prepare and issue monthly owner’s progress report

• Conduct a walk through to demonstrate and explain the operation of the various building operating systems

• Prepare project manuals and warranties
