Investing In Our Women

In 2024 we started several new initiatives across the Jackman companies. One of them was investing in the women of Jackman Ltd.

Each department has women who keep the work moving: marketing, administration, payroll, scheduling, project coordination, skilled labourers and tradeswomen, estimation, and design. They are an integral part of our team, and we are grateful for the skills they bring.

We are all proud to be members of this community and part of the Construction industry and definitely plan on bringing the insight we learn back to the office and work-sites to help encourage inclusivity and equity every day.

We wanted to keep growing an inclusive workplace for women in construction.
