These terms apply to visitors, clients, trade partners, suppliers, job applicants, and anyone else who uses the website, including our online forms and, where access is granted, our Document Management System.

Jackman Ltd. is a construction group based in Kitchener, Ontario. Through our Construction, Drywall, and Renovation divisions, we serve clients across Waterloo Region and Ontario.

This website is provided for general information about Jackman and our services. Content on the site, including project photos, descriptions, timelines, square footage, awards, and process overviews, is for reference only.

Nothing on this website is an offer to contract, a quotation, a tender, a guarantee, or a warranty. Construction, drywall, and renovation work is governed only by a separate written agreement, purchase order, or other contract documents signed or otherwise accepted in the ordinary course of a project.

If website content and a signed project contract disagree, the project contract governs.

Any pricing ranges, schedules, or scope summaries shown online are illustrative. Actual cost, duration, and scope depend on drawings, site conditions, approvals, and the terms of a written proposal or contract.

Photographs, renderings, and videos may show completed work, work in progress, or representative examples. They may not reflect the current condition of a site and should not be relied on as as-built records.

We take care to keep information reasonably current, but we do not warrant that the website is complete, accurate, or free of errors or omissions.

The website and its contents, including text, photographs, video, logos, graphics, layout, and compilation, are owned by Jackman or used with permission. They are protected by Canadian and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents made available through our Document Management System remain the property of Jackman, the owner, the consultant, or other rights holders, as applicable. Access does not transfer copyright or grant a licence beyond viewing and downloading for the intended bid or project purpose.

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not harm the site, other users, or Jackman. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Document Management System, admin tools, or other non-public areas.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Use automated tools to harvest content or contact details from the site without our written permission.

Our Document Management System is for authorized owners, consultants, trade partners, and suppliers who have been given access by Jackman Construction. Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared outside your organization.

Documents posted there are for the related project or bid only. You must not distribute them except as needed to prepare a bid or perform work for that project, and you must follow any additional instructions Jackman or the owner provides.

The website may link to third-party sites and services, including form processors, file-sharing platforms, job boards, social media, and industry associations. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Jackman is not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.

This section applies to website use only. Liability arising from construction, drywall, or renovation services is addressed in the applicable project contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.
