At the end of August 2023 we completed Phase 2 of The Woodside Terraces at 270 Spadina Ave. in Kitchener. The two-year project added 90 Phase 2 units, with underground and surface parking, while Phase 1 stayed occupied.

In 2022 we completed the prefabricated Passage House for R-Hauz in seven months. The two-storey, 18-unit transitional housing building in East Gwillimbury was built with Element5 in mass timber for York Region and the Blue Door Shelter Program.

In 2021 we returned to Cambridge Honda, a repeat client, for a full interior renovation. The dealership received a facelift with a curved staircase and railing, a new aquarium, and updated service and parts counters.

In 2024, our annual holiday drive became an Angel Tree. We filled more than 75 percent of two charity wish lists and collected over 400 lb of winter clothing and household goods for neighbours in need.
