The Woodside Terraces

At the end of August 2023 we completed Phase 2 of The Woodside Terraces at 270 Spadina Ave. in Kitchener. The two-year project added 90 Phase 2 units, with underground and surface parking, while Phase 1 stayed occupied.

At the end of August 2023, Phase 2 of The Woodside Terraces at 270 Spadina Ave. in Kitchener reached completion. The project had been in the works for two years.

Work included extensive upgrades to the existing buildings across two phases, including an underground parking garage, surface parking, and more. Phase 2 has 90 units in total. Residents began moving in during July 2023. Phase 1 stayed occupied while upgrades continued.

Our Drywall and Construction teams, together with the subcontractors on the job, worked hard to deliver a building for quality living.

Thank you to The Woodside, Hawkeye Films, and The Rose Corporation for their work on different parts of this project. At the time, we were looking ahead to breaking ground on Phase 3.
